About Oz Ring
Oz Ring is a family business and commenced in 1993 with one product - a spring tensioned basketball ring.

In 1998 the business out-grew its Western Sydney premises and re-located to the Gold Coast.

Today, Oz Ring designs and manufactures more than 250 different products for 14 different sports. The founder, Trevor Bowman, is a designer and sports person and brings a players perspective to the design of the company’s products.

Overseas success
Oz Ring has been doing things differently since its inception. This has been noticed in other countries and has led to significant overseas sales.

Oz Ring exports its patented basketball ring technology to the USA and also has sales of basketball product to Sweden, China,New Zealand and other Pacific Islands. Athletic equipment has also been supplied to New Zealand and Indonesia.

Leader in athletics
The interest in athletics has grown in the years leading up to the Sydney Olympics, and in that time, Oz Ring has invested considerable time in developing the most comprehensive range of athletic equipment designed to IAAF standards.

Major projects
Oz Ring has supplied hockey and athletic equipment for the Sydney Olympics, athletic equipment for the Brisbane Goodwill Games, athletic equipment also to The Sports Super Centre on the Gold Coast and to athletic tracks in New Zealand and Indonesia.
